These Terms & Conditions apply when you use flyscreendoor.irish and when you buy from Screen Door Company, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the site, or by placing an order, you agree to them.
Who you are buying from
Screen Door Company is a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. We sell online only and have no physical shop or showroom. Our administration address is not a returns address. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.
Using this website
You may use this site to shop with us for your own personal use. When you use it, you agree that you will not use it in any way that breaks the law, send or upload anything harmful or defamatory, try to get into our systems without permission, or copy and reuse the site or its content without our written permission.
Products & availability
We take care to describe our products accurately, including sizes. Product photos are for illustration, and slight differences in colour and finish can occur. Measure your doorway before choosing a size.
If we happen to be out of stock of an item you have ordered, we will tell you, and you can choose a different model, wait for new stock to become available, or have a full refund.
Prices & discounts
All prices are in euro. The total shown at checkout, made up of the item prices and any delivery charge, is what we charge you.
If we find an error in the price of an order you have placed, we will contact you before we dispatch it and ask whether you want to go ahead at the correct price.
Discount codes take money off the goods only, never off delivery. The valued-customer code gives 15% off the items in your cart. Free delivery is based on your goods total after any discount.
Ordering & delivery
- Your order is an offer. Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we dispatch your order.
- Handling. We endeavour to pack and post your order within 24 to 48 hours.
- Your details. Please give us a correct delivery address, email address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by wrong details.
- Orders we cannot accept. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when an item is unavailable or when we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
Delivery costs, times and tracking are on our Shipping & Delivery page. Returns, refunds and cancellations, including your 15 days from delivery to change your mind, are on our Refunds & Returns page. Both pages form part of these terms.
Payment & security
You pay in full at checkout, by card through Stripe Checkout or by PayPal. Your card details go straight to Stripe or PayPal. We never receive or store them.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, or any other consumer protection that cannot be set aside by agreement. If anything in these terms conflicts with such a right, the right wins.

The information on this website is provided in good faith. We make no promise that it is complete or free of errors at all times, and we are not responsible for errors in, or omissions from, it. See our Disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods in that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. This website may include links to other websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information on those sites.

Screen Door Company owns the copyright in the contents of this website, or uses it under licence. No part of this website may be reproduced without our permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the Irish courts can hear disputes about them. You can also bring a claim through the Small Claims procedure of the District Court. This does not take away any protection you have as a consumer that cannot be set aside by agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms at any time. The version on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
